Dr. Ragsdale earned his undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee where he distinguished himself by being elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his internship and residency program in otolaryngology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is board certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. After his training, Dr. Ragsdale served in the United States Air Force at Keesler Medical Center for four years. Dr. Ragsdale then practiced for 5 years in Oak Ridge, Tennessee before joining Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists, LLP in 2009. He has been in practice since 2000.
